Riding Lessons in Greenwich, CT, and Surrounding Areas

We offer several lesson packages as well as single lessons. Packages with our assistant trainers are as follows:

  • 1 hour package of  4 (for once a week)$ 450 
  • 1 hour package of  8 (for twice a week)$ 800​
  • 1 hour single lesson $ 125
  • ½ hour package of 4 (for once a week)$260
  • ½ hour single lesson $ 75
  • Smart Pony Rides     $ 50

​We offer both private and semi-private lessons on our carefully selected and well-trained school horses. We welcome all levels of riding, from beginner to the serious competitor.

If this is your first time riding or haven't been riding for a while we recommend to bring comfortable pants and a shoe with a low heel (could be any kind of boots). We can provide you of a helmet if you don't have one.

We also offer the "Smart Pony Rides" for kids from 3 years to 6 years old. We call them Smart Pony Rides since the trainer not only makes sure that your child is safe while she's taking the pony around but she gives the basics of balance and control to ensure a wonderful experience.
All of our lessons could be privet or semi-privet depending on levels and schedule at South Horse Stables discretion.
