We offer lessons for the beginner through advanced rider. We’ll provide a horse for the first 4 lessons to determine what kind of horse the student will need and we’ll find a horse for that student to lease, half lease or buy. |

George Ventricelli
George started his training career over 35 years ago in Buenos Aries, Argentina where he provided riding and jumping lessons. In 2001 he had the honor to be the trainer of the National Champion in in Buenos Aires, Argentina. That same year his team won the National Dressage First Level Championship. |

George instructed rider, Gregorio Werthein who competed internationally in Grand Prix and at the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004. George trained for Martin Moschini, who competed in the Atlanta Pan American games in 1996. George trained with Mara Romero Blanch de Osacar, seven times National Champion and Pan American Games team member.
George worked as a barn manager for Turn About Farm in Vermont where he trained Grand Prix horses ridden by McLain Ward, McDermott Lennon, Todd Minikus, Peter Wilde and Jeffrey Wells. In 2003 he worked at Brigadoon Show Stables in New York where he worked for Lainie Wimberly. George was also the head trainer at Epona Stables in Greenwich, CT. Ultimately, his training and barn management skills led him to the adventure of starting his own boarding stables in Purchase, New York, .South Horse Stables, LLC.
